Just yesterday, a friend of mine called me and said that he wants to buy XRP tokens in anticipation of a trial with the SEC. Allegedly, after the court decision, the price will only grow. I do not know about others, but I personally will not buy these tokens for any price.
There are lots of coins to choose around this market why bother to buy if you don't understand the risk that you are going to take, if you have good amount of money, maybe you can spare some.
With the hope that SEC issue will be resolved, it's true that confidence from the investors side might comeback if XRP team will manage
to take of this issue, expect a huge pump after.
