I do not think they are not provably fair neither, I do agree that they are provably fair, but it is obvious that it is not really a good investment neither. It pays very very little dividends and the coin never really got any interest from people neither, and looking at how little the dividends are, it is easy to say that there are very few people who gamble here as well.

This is not something I am saying to show how "bad" this website is, they are not, they have basic crypto casino game concepts, like dice and all, which many other websites do have, so it is not really that different from many other crypto casinos, they are provably fair as well, so typically this should be as big as any other. However team probably assumed that they could just create a website, give the ownership (tokens) to others and let them all promote it, and didn't really do promotions too much themselves so it never really got hyped anywhere.
