I come here finding some help.
I created an account two days ago because the Tezos (XTZ) deposits on Binance was disabled for 6 hours and I need to exchange some XTZ.
After create the account, I sent 39 XTZ. I know this is my fault, I should sent first a little amount, but you know, you see OKEx in Coinmarketcap, his volume, etc... and you think is a good exchange, not a bullshit site.
As you will imagine, 48 hours ago, my money are not in my account and OKEx supports directly not answering my tickets.
