Are you sure that you send the XTZ to right address?
Sometimes these issues may occur but you need to wait for the response from support which may even take a week so just wait.
If they still don't wanna give you any response then start a scam accusation thread.
1000% sure.
I tried to take an screenshot and now they disabled the deposits.
Maybe working on it... after 2 days, 4 tickets and 50 tweets...
I will update if they finally solves the issue.
But even if they do it, it is a complete lack of respect how they treat customers...
