To be fair, there are in deed couple of reasons to sell XCP now. First, the competitors, such as mastercoin DEX is suppose to be out in days. Second, the counterparty wallet is about to be released. This may be positive in long term, but could be negative in short term. Many burners are too lazy to install all the dependencies to sell their coins. Therefore, the web wallet may attract buyers slowly in long term, but bring a lot of sellers immediately.

I will not sell my XCP myself now, cause I just burnt couple of BTC and I am fine to lose them all. Those who burnt tens of BTC may think differently and choose to sell part of their holdings now.
