I did not expect a reputable service softonic.com provider phishing/scam download a site without give a link to Electrum.ORG
You do not have to trust any copy website inculde  Electrum.ORG always Check PGP and verify signature.
The other website is clearly scam and the version is similar to the official website. Report it.
