I think before you go about giving someone a bitcoin as a gift (not just for valentines day but for any occasions), you should discuss with them ahead of time and know what kind of thing they are interested, but don’t make it seem obvious that you want to buy or gift them anything, it should just be a regular discussion and you can ask them some questions to know the things they like and the ones they don’t like.

If you plan on gifting them bitcoin, you should ask them ahead of time and know what they really think about bitcoin, if they show no sign of interest it’s best to just leave it and get them something else, but if they are interested, then it’s probably a good gift.
