If I understand right, Partisia already created decentralized exchange for contracts for future production for the first time in January 2008?
As pioneer, Partisia has sold commercial-grade MPC software solutions since 2008. Initially Partisia focused on secure auctions for commodities like production contracts, energy related products and high-stake auctions used for selling spectrum licenses. Since the initial commercial use, the MPC technology has matured significantly and become more agile and not least a million time faster, which has gradually turned MPC into a generic infrastructure for privacy-preserving computations.

First of all, since I am just an admirer of them I will try to answer as much as I can though I am in no way affiliated with them. KYC is necessary for participating in the crowdsale and $25K is the minimum one can invest in this Tier 2 of Private Sale whereas $1000 is the minimum contribution for public sale. 1B tokens is the max supply. Partisia is already being sponsored by EU as you can read more about it in here:
https://www.crowdfundinsider.com/2021/02/171954-partisia-blockchain-better-internet-search-receive-funding-from-euwow it turns out that joining a private sale requires a very large fee, to be honest I can't afford to participate in a private sale, maybe I might try it in a publick sale because it will be more affordable, but kyc is just to make it more complicated
