Why you want to buy a bitcointalk account? Do you know that its been discourage to buy an account here? I will not be surprised if you will get more red trust for doing this since many users doesn't like this due to many scams,spams and other fraudulent activities made by the account buyers.

If you do it for signature campaign purposes well better work with it and earn some merits by doing some quality post here but guess you cannot participate on any of it since you already have a negative trust.
