Nothing new about data privacy in the US. Sadly, if the company is under the US constitution they will usually let it pass through. Yet if it is under a different constitution US government reacts aggresively.

Pretty much always expect some slow downs when there's an unexpected spike in traffic. One thing's for sure though— Theymos will be able to adapt as such issues have been fixed quite quickly in the past.
I guess the difference is that theymos before fights back bots that can be easily shutdown. On the other hand, if this will happen in the near feature can the forum really handle the certain changes regarding the traffic flow?
