you can write a new post after every 30 minutes to 1 hour. writing 5 posts a day is average. more than 10 posts would be too much and can be considered spamming if they don't have any logic. technically you can write as many posts as you want there is no limit on posting. but as i said it is better to have 1-hour gap between 2 posts
@Jamal your all suggestions are very good and helpful for newbies because we need some good things for staying here on this forum as good member so hopefully now many other's also follow these tips and try to work with in rules of this forum.
Matter of reputation is also good from your point of view because I just check we have many peoples here on this forum doing good but have negative feedback because just few monopolies are staying here for all control they are not allowing others to stay positive.
