Since you are going for AMD cards it's better to buy cards with two fans or more, if it's nvidia you can get the single cards cos nvidia cooling is way better than AMD's, I have a friend that built 8x gtx1660 GPUs and they all have single fan, their cooling is not even reaching 60°C
