In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???

If you find yourself being more tired through out the day and you are sleeping longer it might be a thing with the food you are eating. Do you focus on healthy food? If not, it might be the case that you are missing some vitamins or minerals. Especially during winter we need to focus much more on our eating habits. Maybe you could check with a doctor and get a blood screening, just to be sure you are not missing anything.
