Not really. Otherwise you'd have blot clots around your eyes, your fingernails, your hair follicles, etc. Our blood is held in by our body naturally. Much like a garden hose, you need a rip or tear to start a leak.

That kind of makes sense to me that if blood thins enough it would pass through a lot, but maybe I'm wrong I can't find a good source on the subject.
I have seen people on blood thinners getting small cuts and bleeding like crazy though, while not bleeding through the eyes and ears so maybe it's the degree, maybe your bone marrow has to get really messed up until you get to that point which would make that kind of rare.
