Hey guys thanks for the comments. I'm not gonna start an accusation thread as I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since the amount is large, hopefully everything works out as it should.
This is the best way to solve this problem. If they let you withdraw without any hassle, that would be the best way to solve this problem. So give them some time to tell you more about that withdrawal. Many times gamblers have to face many problems due to system bugs. So I think you know very well how to open a scam accusation if you do not get your money back.
