He stole 0.25BTC from me and I would very much like to get legal involved in getting my money back.

there is no chance for identifying him. i think. i also lost a lot to this guy. when btc was 2-4 k usd. he didnt have an intention to pay it. i dont think he has an intention now when btc is over 50 k usd. i think he is now in his another scamming projects.
