How do you know this will happen? What governments you mean here, all the governments in the world?
I am not really sure if most governments in the world will decide something big related to the adoption of Bitcoin. Although they know if Bitcoin has an advantage but shouldn't be easy for them to declare supporting it. So, I don't see big changes for the government supports to Bitcoin in the next few years.
Regarding Central banks, what is the urgent need that they will reserve to have Bitcoin? I don't see a proper reason, mate.
