AFAIK when you buy bitcoin on blockchain.com it will be freeze on the trading/exchange account for 3 days at least to 7. You can't transfer that amount to your normal wallet yet. if I try to click on options and watch my Profil I get this
If there's nothing happened after 7 days then contact your bank and make a dispute I don't know if it's possible to make a reversal request on your bank but it should worth a try. Once you get your funds don't ever try to use their service. Coz if you will give a try to check most of the issues here its all about blockchain.com shitty service.
