It doesn't have to be publicly posted on the forum. hilariousetc told you that it can be a signed message from an address you sent to your trading partner over PM. Check your PMs, find one where you posted one of your receiving addresses, and click on the report button to report it to mods. You have to report it so it can become visible to hilariousetc and other mods.

Can OP still log in to his account? I could swear that I read that banned members can still log in and read their PMs, they just can't post or send new PMs.

Yeah, banned users can still log in, unless locked accounts are different but I don't think they are.

Like Pmalek said, find one in your PMs if you can and if you can sign a message from it report it to staff.
