Thanks, I got it, v0 is not effected with that mutation but  anyway the   ^{vulnerability  of some bech32 recorders} and relevant possible attacks remains and no one knows in which crypto project that flaw will break the surface. So I prudently decline bech32 and AFAIK, most people do the same and  hold their bitcoin on address  which are either P2PKH or P2SH.
