I would help by doing the spanish translation 
For windows use Qt Linguist and if you use deb-Ubuntu like I do you could install same tool from the official repos with

EDIT2: I managed to create a project page on crowdin.net but they give us unlimited access only for 10 days (trial) like all the other platforms. I have the time and ability to manage the translations project if it's needed but i can't pay the fees for a bigger than one translation plan.
