Another report came out a week ago that the UK treasury has classified XRP as non-security asset and this is different from the law suit by the US SEC filed against XRP.
Will this mean the XRP might be back to it's position in the Cryptocurrency community soon?
It's still 50/50 their chances lies on the outcome of the case, the court is independent, we cannot tell if they use other country's ruling, it depends on the evidences presented, I still wonder on the price of Ripple if this case did not surface, but the whole community is following many are taking the risk of still investing on Ripple, and their profit depends on the outcome of the case.
