The danger of converting cryptocurrencies to PayPal is that they can easily reverse transactions in PayPal, and it is almost impossible in cryptocurrencies.

So they sent the transaction with low fees, and then "Doublespend" with high fees or what happened?
you lost 24$ eth value + 25% fees?
