Probably that wallet is not in sync anymore. Try to export the private key of the receiving address and import that into a recent wallet.

I recently tried to access the wallet I created (Digibyte Go) through the backup and I realized that I am also having a problem, how did you manage to solve it? Mine isn't even opening ...
