hello guys, please of someone had experience the same thing, what did you do and what have we done wrong ?

yesterday evening i deposited 130$ iny usdt erc20 based wallet on kucoin from trust wallet. the transaction succeed and when you try to see the address on etherscan, the usdt is showing there. But in kucoin it won't show. I dont know what is wrong. please help if you know something about it. thanks.
