is there a list of such bad wallets to beware of? or a list of 100% good wallets?
The definition of bad wallet is a bit vague and there's no thing such as 100% good wallet. But some of us generally avoid closed-source wallet since usually it lacks many features (such as configure fee rate or select server).
and the say there's a re-org, which is also rare (1/2000 blocks? less?), then still, it will almost certainly be confirmed eventually
which would make the total odds extremely low.
Reorg is very rare, but no one exact rate of reorg.
