Weather is starting to warm up and I have been getting quite a bit of response from Craigslist.
So I figured I would bump it up here again.
MISC answers from inquiries:
Yes, it is still available.
Sorry, price is really not negotiable on the bike. I may be willing to throw in the gear with it, but price for the bike is firm. (KBB assumes it has over 20K miles)
I would have to check when I get home to get the actual sizes of the gear is, but I believe I purchased Mediums for everything and size 11 shoes. (I am 6'1", 180lbs, and everything fit fine. Jacket is a little on the smaller side than I like, but it worked)
Title is clear.
Any known issues are cosmetic. (As can be seen in the pictures)
Some rashes on the fairings
Missing 1 bar end (Roughly $15 to get 2 new ones)
Missing 1 frame cover ($44 if bought from OEM seller. Just a piece of plastic)
Makeshift shift lever (works fine, I never bothered to change it. Roughly $15 for a new one)
I had fixed the Green Connector issue that is extremely common on the SV650S. (http://www.svrider.com/forum/showthread.php?t=210993&highlight=)
((The pics in the first pic are of this bike. I have not had any issues since it was repaired))
I also had it fixed up by Road Track & Trail for damage that was initially there when I bought it. (Bent radiator, needed new fan assembly)
I have the receipt for this.
Bike has never been dropped, set down, etc. by me. Any and all damage was there when I bought it and has not had any impact on drivability (minus the green connector thing).
I installed the frame sliders and tank grips practically when I bought it. (Was my first bike so wanted to make sure to try and protect it a little in case of accidents)
I started it up and ran it for a few minutes about a week ago. (Somebody else was going to come and see it)
Yes it does come with the rear seat
No I do not have a trailer for it.
Regarding price: It is pretty firm. I am already taking a loss due to the maintenance/parts I put into it (mainly the radiator.....). I would keep it if I had the time to ride it. Unfortunately I usually have to take too much stuff with me to work everyday, so I am stuck taking the car.
