I keep getting mining penalties on my vps. I am not really sure what is causing it. I keep it updated/upgraded and rebooted every 24. My ipfs is cleared. This last time it crashed within 8 hours of last reboot while I was sleeping. I think it must be on my end, I'm just not sure what is causing it.
If you run node on 1GB vps, low ram memory is causing it, minimum is 2GB now. Hetzner has good deals, 3e for vps with 1 core and 2GB ram.
https://www.hetzner.com/cloudDoes swap count? I have 4 GB of swap.... But, yeah I only have 1 GB of memory otherwise. I guess I can upgrade it the price is going up some so the profit margin is growing a bit. I expect it will go up more in future so it is worth it to upgrade, but I dont want to if i dont have to.
