i want to cpu mine dogecoin i tried going to the pool linnks on the main page but it says invalid cant connect. whats a decent dogepool and can i dual mine etheruem and doge at same time with a graphics card

People only do merge mining with Dogecoin and one other big altcoin.
Unfortunately, you can not merge mine Ethereum and Dogecoin. They are different mining algorithm and you can not merged mine two coins with different algorithms.
If you intend to mine Dogecoin or any cryptocurrency with CPU on the computer you are using for your works, it is not good as it can kill your computer's hardwares too fast.
