Apart from Gate.io with I don't know well, the others have always worked smoothly in the last years (not really sure about today's service, but if it hasn't change, it has been always good).

Anyway, if you are used to Binance, there is no need to use any other exchange as long as you keep having all the pairs you want to trade. But if there is some coin not listed there and want to trade it, don't hesitate at least with 2, 3 or 4, your should operate seamlessly there too.
