The recovery of stolen accounts is actually a much quicker process now thanks to a new team that was introduced to handle such issues. All you need to do follow instructions in the link shared by @mole0815I was also in the same boat as you and I didn't even have a staked BTC address, Here's what I did. You could find some information that could guide you when you write to the recoveries team. Just make sure you share with them any evidence that can help point to you being the original owner of the account
