That's BS reply! Never ever Altilly told me to keep those emails. Especially for those deposits made months or years ago.
If anything, blockchain is the best receipt of my deposit. Can't be faked, right?
But Altilly's support excuse was they don't know which wallet belongs to which user, because they "lost" their database.
Just send the coins to the address where they came from!! But you won't cuz it's not what your intensions are.
Many MoonCoin community members were scammed out of their coins by Altilly.
