Or you have a compelling reason or you are someone whose tweet can make a difference like Elon Musk has done, compelling reasons mean you have inside knowledge about a certain project that will have a big contribution to the technology and community, or if your status is like that of Elon Musk, people will listen on what you are going to say, traders will not just listen to anybody you should show compelling proof.
