This is a more recent chat I had after being blocked.
Apparently the game does not work the way they want it to work.
I'll be clear right away, I've never taken any bonuses or free spins. That's why the part with "game abuse" doesn't make sense at all.
They even display my winnings below the game.
The mail still hasn't been answered. I will wait a little longer and create a topic in the Scam Accusations section.

What do you think they're talking about when they say you were abusing the game? Did you email Eddie?

You haven't played very much at all on stake, yet you you managed a 2BTC hit on that game, a 5000x multi, which is almost 5x bigger than any other player, and you were betting the max. You also have the biggest wins on two isoftbet games, a provider that was removed due to players figuring out a way to abuse them.

Just spill the beans. All the details, not just the ones that make you seem innocent. "I've never taken any bonus or free spins" is vague and probably irrelevant.

You've been playing on stake for just under 2 months and you're up quite a bit, not down. Just the one big hit on on Book of Sun is almost as much as your total wagered.

I can see some of your biggest wins because they have leaderboards and you have a few high scores that are significantly greater than your total wagered. So even if every other wager were a total loss (basically impossible), you'd still be a winner.

If you are truly a victim here you should share as much information as possible (obviously nothing personal). You don't seem to be doing that right now.
