I received notice that the account has been closed and they will not process the withdraw. This isn't a satisfactory outcome. Months earlier on this forum they said, "We will work with you to resolve any KYC related issues". In this case they haven't worked with me to resolve the issue.

It's convenient for you to omit the action taken on our part to resolve the issue.
Yes, we did say, "We will work with you to resolve any KYC-related issues" but not when you are engaged in fraudulent and exploitative actions.
Regardless of that, we offered the best possible solution to you and hope you can appreciate that.

Considering the activities for which you were flagged, no transaction (Deposit, Bet, or Withdrawal) should be allowed on your account
Until you are able to satisfy the due diligence process and including the KYC procedure. It is evident you are using false (unverifiable) information on our website.
Strict adherence to the above-stated policy would imply your account be terminated permanently and all funds forfeited (Deposits and winnings)
However, as an act of good faith, we are allowing you to withdraw all your deposits from our website.
Contingent on this action is a restriction on you not to create any other account on our website moving forward and confirm you agree with this decision so we don't have to relitigate the issue.

We ask not much from our users but refrain from unscrupulous actions to make gains. Play fair and there will be no issues.

I have a question about this situation.

As far as I can judge, you can always come up with this argument to force clients to undergo with the KYC ?
I think the KYC should not be a big problem at all actually, but what I am more worried about is on which grounds this comment is stated.

What did the user do wrong here, since you are writing this?
