if people can smuggle things so does using bitcoin despite the law enforced to ban bitcoin (if happen).
I mean, look at how most of government around the world trying to block some websites with harmful content but most of them failed and it could be bypassed by simply using vpn, and we're talking about crypto here which is truly decentralized and definitely more complicated to ban than a mere website. I doubt they can do that  .
