Hello. I sympathise with all the people facing this problem. It is very frustrating and you naturally worry, although I am pretty sure all is well and it is more a case of their servers unable to handle volume at this exact moment in time.

I had a variation of this problem back in 2016, as you can see from the letter I had to write to their support on Twitter:

Hi. I am a little concerned about not being able to access my wallet. I have an online wallet. Recently, I had not been being sent the email password in order to access my wallet. When I contacted Blockchain about this, this was interpreted as a "request to remove two-factor authentication from your Blockchain wallet." This was not quite true. I merely wished to report the technical problem that I was not being sent the random password to my email account. I felt I had no option but to approve the request, as there was no way to communicate with Blockchain and refusing might have led to goodness knows what technical difficulties. I was informed by email on 21 August that "this request will be automatically approved at 2016-09-18 19:39:07." So I have to wait almost a month and am unable to access my Bitcoin? I am in the United Kingdom and, if this were a bank, I would be obliged to contact all the necessary financial regulatory bodies. Can I have your feedback, please?

The situation was eventually resolved, but I wonder if people started threatening to file a complaint with the financial regulatory body in their country, this might get them moving now and in the future? Because if they want to act as a bank or another storer of assets (as Bitcoin is classified in the UK, for example), surely they should also be regulated in the same way. I know that any bank would surely attract censure and attention if it stopped sending you the information to let you log into your account.

I notice that their support right now mentions high volumes... I do not use Blockchain any more, but I should add that there were sometimes periods of months and months when I did not even log into my account (the price was so low) and the coins still stayed there (even through Blockchain.info becoming Blockchain.com!). So I am confident your coins will also be there safe and sound.

I hope it will work one day. Every day i try two or three times to login, but i don't recieve an email. Anyway if il will work again, i consider not to use blockchain.com anymore.
