I think I finally figured it out. My hashrates mean nothing. The total pool hashrate means nothing.
The less often that I check my stats on Slush's website, the more blocks get found and the shorter the rounds. When I log in to check the rounds a lot, the time to solve the blocks go up.

So, it's my fault when we have long blocks. Sorry about that!
