I have never used Uniswap before, how much would it cost to exchange ETH to MVT? Etherscan shows that Uniswap Swap estimated cost is $145.21, is it real? Do I need to pay $300 to get $150 worth of tokens?
yeah this is because Ethereum is unfortunately severely broken and has become a whale network, it costs like 30-40$ in fees to send a simple token transaction of 100 USDT last time I checked. It really doesn't make much sense. I would have liked to buy more MVT but exactly because of this I've been staying away from all tokens on Ethereum. I hope ETH 2.0 comes within the next 3 years or projects like The Movement migrate to a better chain. What do you guys think about this?
