It was all right up until two months ago. Everyone was able to check the value and choose whatever to do.
At this point RAIN has lost all direct BTC exchanges and it's hanging to a useless UTIP rope up until that lasts.
At least it has an active dev and two exchanges to sell it on. That's much more than other older projects. You can stake it at a high rate
