All the top crypto has suffered a big 23% loss, neo as well as ripple has struggled and I don't see it going up anytime soon, but I suggest to take the opportunity since both are cheap right now this is the best time to take advantage. It has slow down and not taken any loss it might take a while before bouncing back but for at least 7-9 weeks it might start gaining some momentum again.
