Before it was Green address wallet then it has changed to simply named, "Green". And just for the update, it's already named "Blockstream Green" as the latest. There's no more update about Green address wallet but if you'll go and see the Blockstream Green's website, you'll see the logo of Green and it's the most updated and devs of it are continuing working on the wallet and has given noticed to their green address wallet and green users that they've already migrated to Blockstream Green.
