I believe that our planet is in deep... trouble. We need to stop polluting it so that our kids and grandkids would have a better world to live in. 
One of the ways to help the planet is to reduce CO2 emissions. Some countries like Norway say that it will be fully electric in the next decade or two.
Back to the topic. Recently something struck me like a lightning. What if the big companies are stopping the progress of technology to secure their profits?
For example, Japanese engineers created the car named Tama (https://jac.lt/en/ev/tama-the-ancestor-of-nissan-leaf/) 70 years ago, which had the autonomy of 200km.
Doesn't that makes you wonder if the progress is being oppressed on purpose?
