I have the gigabyte rx 5700 xt gaming oc version 2and the driver does not read it to me at all.
He shows me code 43 in the manager
He reads the other cards normally

No new gpu will bring error code 43 without been ruggedly used before, I'm guessing you buy used and at pretty lower price online? You have to return and get your money back if you still can, that gpu is probably dead
