In July, in about four months, as part of the improvements to Ethereum 2.0, it is expected that high gas prices will go away, if not forever, then for a long time.
Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 1559 is the most anticipated improvement along with increased scalability for the network since the launch of ETH 2.0.
