You're right I have seen PD taking care of their community and this is rare to see with many casinos. But even at times when PD takes the best interest of its people there will always be a few that will not care, mainly because they don't understand it. I think it has something to do with PD's popularity. Take any company with many clients, and you'll find someone complaining, regardless of how good that company is.
