Good thing that you have managed to recover the losses but really even when bull run or any kind of run is going on, investing in ICOs is like kicking away your coins and donating it to the ICO owners. I already stopped investing in ICO since an year or two and I don't know why there are guys still investing money because these investors not just losing money but they also encourage more and more scam ICOs.

I haven't faced any loss apart from selling XRP at cheaper price than I should have a few months ago when SEC saga happened and price was around 0.3 I had to sell my coins because I can't risk any further loss. But it wasn't too big a loss and I managed to earn much more on other coins in my portfolio so no regrets at all.
