Doge Coin is a gimmick, the only lesson here is that there is still an opportunity for a new coin to gain a huge userbase fast.
I think the huge number of alts now has helped secure bitcoins position.. I just don't think we'll see mass migration to another coin with so many to choose from.
Indeed perhaps altcoins are helping bitcoin
everybody can see what mean a real crypto coin
Bitcoin is the best.if bitcoin would be the only one - it would be to dangerous for its position
