In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???
you need motivation and a mood booster...
a decrease in the intensity of arousal usually occurs because you are bored or stressed about your habits, this is the reason why everyone needs goals. setting a new goal or target is the best step to restore your enthusiasm.
