From what i remember when was the last time I made a withdrawal on the site, the fee was set to 0.0002btc, which is roughly $9.81 at today's prices.
Which isn't to bad if you are doing more than just their minimum which was at the time 0.002btc when it was done for me.
But yes, if the concern is about how to reduce such high fees on the minimum:
Maybe they should have a system put in place that calculates the fees dynamically such as another site I use to wager on, yolodice had put in place to fight against the high volatility when btc price decides to do a sudden nose dive or skyrockets to new heights.
